Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of the Clear as Crystal website and to our window cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning and pressure washing services. Every job, price and schedule is agreed directly with Cesar by phone before any work begins.
Website Use
This website is for general information only. Photos and videos show examples of past jobs; results vary with the age and condition of each property. Prices, availability and service areas may change without notice.
Quotes and Scheduling
Quotes are estimates given by phone and depend on the property, access, condition and agreed scope. A job is booked only once you and Cesar agree on the service, price and date. Any extra work needs your approval first.
Access and Property Conditions
Please provide safe access to the work areas, secure pets, and tell Cesar before work begins about fragile surfaces, cracked or damaged glass, loose screens, failed seals, or roof, gutter or solar panel problems. Clear as Crystal is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects, normal wear, hard-water stains or etching that cannot be removed, or conditions that were not disclosed. Work may be rescheduled if weather or access makes it unsafe.
Results and Limitations
Results depend on weather, water quality and the condition of each surface. We do not guarantee that windows, panels or surfaces will stay clean for any length of time, or any change in solar panel energy output. To the extent allowed by law, Clear as Crystal's responsibility for any job is limited to the amount paid for that job.
Changes, Payment and Concerns
Please call Cesar as early as possible if you need to reschedule. If you have a concern about the work, let him know within 48 hours so he can take a look and make it right where appropriate. Payment terms and any cancellation charges are agreed before the job. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
